About Whole Health Counseling
Whole Health Counseling LLC’s primary focus is on the treatment of the whole self. Acting as a sounding board, I will support you as your work through a wide array of issues, helping to navigate long-lasting and meaningful change from your anxiety, depression, drug/alcohol use, reduce stress, and raise self-esteem. I use a person-centered approach focusing on the whole self and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy concepts, EMDR, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and emphasize nutrition and exercise. I provide these services through telehealth so you can access therapy more easily from the comfort of your home or office while avoiding the commute and/or parking and the constraints of your busy schedule.
My goal is to meet you where you are and help move you to where you want to be in all aspects of your life. This is done through setting goals together, finding your core values, addressing trauma and negative core beliefs with EMDR, challenging irrational self-defeating talk, gaining healthy coping skills and finding balance in your life.
Taking a holistic approach, I want to help you to address the core areas of your life to best meet your needs and goals by looking at your health, environment, relationships, spirituality, career/education, and leisure activities and the negative cognitions or narratives that may be impacting your observations and interpretations of your experiences.
